ABOUT US

CLDR was founded in 1987 by Dr. Prezell Robinson, President Emeritus Saint Augustine’s University, Dr. Charles A. Lyons, former President of Fayetteville State University, and Dr. Mabel P. Phifer, former President of Robert R. Moton Institute/ Founder of the Black College Satellite Network (BCSN). For 33 years, CLDR has provided comprehensive and diverse Program Services to Universities, Churches, National/ International Organizations and Government Agencies in the United States, the Virgin Islands, Jamaica, the Bahamas, and numerous African Countries that include, but is not limited to Leadership Training for university administrators, Curriculum Development and Facilities Utilization/Management and Expansion. The CLDR Education Reform Team includes former University Presidents, and senior Higher Education Administrators; Retired Federal Agency Administrators; and former Corporate Executives. CLDR has provided technical assistant and consulting to over 140 colleges and Universities.
